Do you charge a call out fee?
No, we never charge a call out fee. However, should we need to carry out any work at your property, we will tell you before we start how much it will cost.
Do you do emergency call-outs?
Unfortunatley we aren’t emergency plumbers, as we aren’t always available to come out for emergencies. However, if we are able to help, emergencies are considered on a case by case situation depending on availability. We do not operate a 24/7 call-out service.
Will you source any new fittings and materials?
Of course. We will endeavour to source anything we need to get the job done for you. This includes, but is not limited to purchasing new taps, wastes and parts for showers and toilets.
